Job Description:
We are seeking a Nursing Home Operations Manager to support our homes across the South Division. You will travel regularly, providing leadership to ensure high standards of care and operational excellence. Responsibilities include supporting homes with management vacancies, developing action plans, investigating complaints, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and promoting policies. You will also focus on clinical standards through learning and development programs.

Requirements:
* Registered Nurse (RN) qualification or equivalent experience
* Leadership experience in a care home setting, including turnaround management
* Experience managing budgets, financial planning, and regulatory compliance (CQC, fire, health and safety)
* Strong track record of improving care quality and operational efficiency
* Proficiency in IT systems and care management software
* Full UK driving license and willingness to travel
Responsibilities:
* Assume General Manager duties and become a CQC Registered Manager if required
* Ensure quality assurance, handle complaints, and implement improvements
* Prepare budgets with support from the Business Manager
* Promote the home in the local community and manage sales inquiries
* Lead staff recruitment, training, and performance management
* Build strong relationships with residents and families
