Our client is looking for a detail-driven Sales and Contracts Administrator to help streamline proposals, manage sales documents, and support procurement processes in a fast-growing technology company.

Compensation: $55K+/- depending on experience.
What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):
* Supporting the sales team by preparing proposals, contracts, quotes, and invoices
* Managing contract review and execution across departments
* Coordinating with sales, legal, engineering, and finance to streamline workflows
* Maintaining internal documentation related to sales and procurement
* Improving contract and sales support processes
* Managing CRM records (Pipedrive preferred) and assisting with compliance tracking
* Supporting document organization using digital platforms and tools
What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):
* Experience with GSA schedules, government procurement, or public sector contracting
* Prior involvement with legal or compliance-related documentation
* Background in technology, SaaS, or government contracting environments
* Ability to work independently with reliable internet and a professional remote setup (if remote)
