Position
Senior Sous Chef – Annual salary up to £37,000 plus service charge of approximately £5,000, or hourly rate available.
Location: Bel & The Dragon, Odiham, Hampshire.
Responsibilities
* Act as deputy to the Head Chef and take full control of the kitchen when they are away.
* Prepare fresh food using seasonal, local ingredients.
* Develop new dishes and bring creative ideas to the menu.
* Lead and inspire the kitchen team, ensuring high standards and successful service.
* Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and safety standards; hold a hygienic qualification.
Qualifications
* Experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role in a busy kitchen.
* Excellent food safety and hygiene knowledge and awareness.
* Creative mindset and ability to add fresh dishes.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
