We are working with a highly regarded and fast-paced Real Estate Finance team, recognised for its strong reputation across a broad range of property finance transactions. The team offers an excellent platform for ambitious lawyers seeking high-quality work alongside genuine progression opportunities.
They are seeking Real Estate Finance lawyers at Associate and Senior Associate level to join their growing London team.
The role offers exposure to a varied caseload within a collaborative and supportive environment, with clear opportunities for progression. Candidates should be comfortable managing matters with minimal supervision while working closely with senior lawyers on more complex transactions.
The practice advises on a broad range of Real Estate Finance matters including:
* Acquisition finance
* Investment finance
* Bridging finance
* Development finance
* Secured lending transactions
* Refinancing matters
* General commercial property finance work
Typical duties for the role will include:
* Managing a varied caseload of finance matters from inception to completion
* Drafting and negotiating finance and security documentation
* Advising clients on transactional structure and risk
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Supporting business development and networking initiatives
* Assisting with the supervision of junior team members where appropriate
The successful candidate will have:
* Qualified Solicitor of England and Wales
* 2+ PQE or 4+ PQE gained within a strong commercial real estate or finance practice
* Experience handling a broad range of property finance transactions
* Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* A commercial and pragmatic approach
* A collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skills
