Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Qualified Social Worker to join the Fostering Team for Thurrock Council. Duties and Responsibilities: * Completing high-quality fostering assessments, including Form F and connected persons assessments. * Providing ongoing support, supervision, and annual reviews for foster carers. * Ensuring all placements promote the safety, wellbeing, and development of children. * Contributing to matching decisions, placement planning, and stability work. * Preparing clear and analytical reports for fostering panels, reviews, and court where required. * Working collaboratively with multi-agency partners to ensure effective safeguarding practice. * Maintaining accurate and timely case recording in line with statutory and local requirements.
