Job Overview:


As a Sales Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and modernising the UK Sales FP&A function, acting as a trusted finance business partner to our commercial teams. Supporting the business through a period of growth and increasing channel complexity, you will be at the centre of sales, forecasting and performance insight. Working closely with Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain, you will strengthen confidence in financial forecasts, provide clear and actionable business insights, and support informed, data‑driven decision‑making across the organisation.


Key Responsibilities as a Sales FP&A Manager at Groupe SEB:


* Supporting the commercial forecasting process, ensuring clarity of sales and margin drivers.
* Developing scenarios and sensitivity analysis to support and enhance decision-making.
* Deliver accurate, timely, and actionable performance reporting for sales, margin, and key KPIs.
* Provide insightful commentary and recommendations alongside reports to senior leadership.
* Work as a business partner with Sales and Marketing teams.
* Support channel reviews, highlighting risks, opportunities and ROI of trade investments.
* Challenge stakeholders constructively to optimise investment and improve margin.


Qualifications and Skills required as a Sales FP&A Manager at Groupe SEB:


* Experience as an FP&A Manager or other Senior Commercial Finance experience.
* Strong understanding of P&L structure, margin levers and retail economics.
* You are highly IT literate and able to demonstrate competent use of Microsoft Office packages.
* Highly proficient in Excel, with the ability to use PowerQuery and Macros.
* You must be a strong communicator, able to work with different stakeholders, and have the ability to influence the decision-making process.
* You are analytical and able to draw conclusions from data to take corrective action.
* Effective organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and make decisions.
* Strong interpersonal skills and possess a collaborative approach to challenges.

* Working Monday to Friday.
* Hybrid working, 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. Tuesday and Wednesday are our core days for cross-collaboration.
