* A genuine passion for working with people and empowering volunteers. The ability to build rapport, motivate others, and create a supportive community within the charity.
* Strong organizational skills to manage volunteer schedules, coordinate events and activities, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
* The ability to prioritize tasks, set deadlines, and manage time efficiently.
* Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and problem-solve effectively.
* The capacity to identify areas for improvement, propose solutions, and implement changes autonomously.
* Basic understanding of fundraising principles and experience identifying potential fundraising opportunities. Collaborating with the Fundraising and Marketing Manager to explore avenues for financial support and sustainability.
* Experience in campaigning or organizing to achieve social change.
