Overview
Field Service Engineer - Northallerton Area (Remote). We’re looking for a skilled Field Service Engineer to join a well-established team supporting customers with the maintenance, servicing, and repair of specialist mechanical equipment. This is a remote role, based near Northallerton, where you'll work independently at customer sites, delivering high-quality service and technical support while building strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
* Service, repair, and inspect mechanical and electrical equipment at customer locations
* Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
* Complete service, repair, and warranty work to a high standard
* Ensure accurate and timely completion of job-related paperwork
* Provide professional and responsive customer service
* Maintain a strong focus on health and safety in all tasks
* Continuously develop knowledge of products, services, and technical procedures
What We're Looking For (Qualifications)
* Qualifications in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
* Proven experience as a multi-skilled engineer
* Strong understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical systems
