This is a fantastic opportunity to lead and shape our SEND provision and champion inclusive practice across the school. As SENDCo, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all our students with additional needs are fully supported to achieve their potential academically, socially and emotionally. You will lead the strategic development of SEND provision, working closely with colleagues, families and external agencies to ensure high-quality support and inclusive teaching practices. You will also oversee the identification, monitoring and progress of students with SEND, ensuring that effective interventions and support strategies are in place. As a senior leader, you will drive high standards of inclusion and build a culture where every learner is valued and supported. You will be fully supported by an ambitious senior leadership team who are committed to ensuring the best possible outcomes for all students.
At Light Hall, you will work with our remarkable students alongside dedicated colleagues who are passionate about high-quality teaching and learning. With our recently opened sixth form, there are exciting opportunities to further develop SEND provision across Key Stage 5 and ensure that all students are well prepared for their next steps in education, employment or training.

Responsibilities
* Lead and shape our SEND provision and champion inclusive practice across the school.
