Job Description:
A Senior Highways Engineer is required to assist in the delivery of a range of projects for the Highways Agency and other clients. Your main responsibilities will be to manage a small team of engineers and technicians whilst also integrating with other engineering teams working on the same projects. As Senior Engineer you will have full responsibility for budgetary control and for managing projects from inception to completion. You will also have a role in the tendering process for new work.
Person Specification:
With extensive experience on Highways Agency projects you will be familiar with the DMRB and will be approaching your Chartership if not Chartered already. You will need to be someone who communicates well with others and is able to be involved in a range of projects. You will also need to be able to demonstrate the ability to manage projects and budgets in line with the clients requirements.
