The Role
As Branch Manager, youll combine hands-on recruitment with strategic leadership. Youll manage your own desk, build and lead a talented team of consultants, and develop growth strategies and exceed ambitious targets.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Building and managing a new team of high caliber staff
* Building and managing your own desk while maintaining strong client relationships
* Driving branch performance, delivering results, and ensuring profitability
* Managing budgets and setting clear financial objectives
* Leading, motivating, and developing your team to hit KPIs and exceed targets
* Creating a high-performance culture aligned with our values
* Staying ahead of market trends to seize local and regional opportunities
* Ensuring exceptional service for both clients and candidates
