We’re partnering with a globally recognised consumer products business looking for a highly organised, commercially minded operator to become the backbone of its UK commercial organisation.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced, customer-led environments and enjoys bringing structure, clarity and operational excellence to high-performing sales teams.
Sitting at the centre of Sales, Customer Operations, Supply Chain and Marketing, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the commercial engine runs smoothly - improving processes, enabling frontline sales teams to focus on growth, and helping scale the wider organisation effectively managing a team of 3 direct reports.
