## Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Head Chef to lead our culinary team for a new Startup for a unique concept in catering setting. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food, possess strong leadership skills, and have a keen eye for detail. The Job provides an excellent work life balance and not in a restaurant setting. Provides 5 day work culture between Sunday - Friday
## Duties
- Develop the catering Menu
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation and presentation
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and kitchen cleanliness standards
- Lead and mentor kitchen staff, providing guidance and training as needed
- Create innovative and appealing menu items while maintaining cost efficiency
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control
- Supervise food production to deliver high-quality dishes consistently
## Skills
- Proficient in multi cuisine culinary techniques and kitchen operations
- Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage a team
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
- Experience in menu development and cost control
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and trends
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced restaurant environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £28,000-£35,000.per year
