We’relooking for a Staff Nurseto join our Outpatients team atElstree Outpatients Centre, Part ofThe Wellington Hospital, currently rated “Good” by the CQC on a fixed term contract until March 2027.
You’llbe based at our Elstree Waterfront Outpatients Centre, a calm and wellorganisedsetting with a small and supportive team. Thecentrecovers a wide range ofspecialitiesand benefits from free onsite parking and access to an onsite 3T MRI scanner.It’sa friendly environment where colleagues work closely together, supported by the wider hospital group.
As aStaff Nurse – Outpatients,you’llbe part of a team that supports a variety of clinics, offering nursingexpertiseacross multiple specialisms. Day to dayyou’llcarry out ECGs, bloods, wound care,dressingsand pre‑assessment, adapting to the needs of the clinicyou’reworking with.
You’llwork collaboratively with colleagues across thecentre, including the radiography team, and playan important roleinmaintaininghigh standardsof care while contributing to a positive experience for everyone who visits us.

4. BLS
5. Early recognition of clinical problems, takingappropriate actionwith knowledge of relevant hospital policies and procedures
