We’re looking for a Junior Social Media Creative who’s bursting with fresh ideas, skilled behind a camera, and confident turning content into engaging, on-brand social gold.

What You’ll Do
You’ll play a key role in shaping our social media presence, working closely with our Head of Creative and Campaigns and Digital Marketing Manager to:
* Create compelling content: From gym-floor stories to national campaigns, you’ll design eye-catching visuals, videos, and graphics for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & TikTok.
* Capture real moments: Visit clubs, attend national photoshoots, and get behind the scenes to produce organic, authentic content.
* Edit like a pro: Use tools like Photoshop and Adobe Creative Cloud to polish and perfect your work.
* Set the pace: Collaborate on social media calendars and ensure consistent, timely posting in line with launch plans.
* Uphold the brand: Keep everything aligned with our brand’s voice, tone and creative direction, and help guide others in the network to do the same.
* Stay trend-savvy: React quickly to new trends and opportunities to keep our channels fresh, relevant, and growing.
* Boost performance: Analyse what’s working (and what’s not) to push engagement, spotlight amazing club content, and raise the bar across our network.
What You’ll Bring
* Visual flair: Confidence with design tools like Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
* Social media savvy: Strong understanding of different platform styles, audiences, and formats.
* Video & photo skills: Comfortable behind a camera and with editing software.
* Creative mindset: A knack for storytelling, creative ideas, and content that cuts through the noise.
* Copy confidence: You can write smart, snappy captions that hit the mark.
* Team spirit: Comfortable collaborating, taking feedback, and learning fast.
* Analytical curiosity: You love digging into data to see what performs and why.
