We are looking for a Technical Copy Editor to support the Learn content team. You will work on enterprise product content.
Shifts are 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM (UK time). Copy edit and proofread content topics.
• Edit for adherence to the Writing Style Guide and the Cloud Style Guide.
• Most content will be scrubbed in Markdown format.
• Ensure that documentation complies with legal standards, such as use of fictitious names, product names, and trademarking.
• Ensure that content meets minimum publishing criteria
3-5 years of experience editing software product documentation or other public-facing content
• Outstanding editing skills, including excellent knowledge of grammar, spelling, and style
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and tasks, prioritize competing deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office software
• Functional knowledge and experience creating content in GitHub
