What You’ll Be Doing
As the Lead Operations Strategy Analyst, you will play a key role in driving operational efficiency, mitigating risk, and ensuring compliance across their global TA processes.
* You will develop and optimise Talent Acquisition processes across regions
* Lead and manage high-impact strategic projects
* Create detailed project plans, allocate resources, and identify risk mitigation strategies
* Analyse current processes to identify areas for improvement
* Partner closely with stakeholders including Hiring Managers, HR teams, and external vendors
* Ensure alignment with regional legislative and regulatory requirements (UK & APAC)
* Stay ahead of legislative changes and advise on impact and actions
* Support the development and execution of our broader TA strategy
What We’re Looking For
* 5–6 years of relevant experience
* Strong business relationship management capability, especially from an operational risk perspective
* Extensive knowledge of regional employment legislation (UK + APAC ideal)
* Outstanding problem-solving ability
* A proactive, self-starting approach
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
* Experience in FO/Functions, Audit, Risk Management, or Operational Risk (nice to have)
* Workday experience (nice to have)
* Project management experience is a plus
About the Team
You’ll be joining a dynamic and collaborative TA Operations team of around 40 people, working closely with a manager who leads a small Canada-based team. They operate with an open-door culture, a strong focus on continuous improvement, and a commitment to modernising and elevating their processes.
