A progressive multi-site practice in a coastal town of Somerset are looking for a permanent Clinical Pharmacist to join as they continue to grow. Up to 40 hours per week available, with consideration to either full or part time candidates. Please note this is an on site role- Hybrid may be considered however fully remote is not an option.
This is a SystmOne practice where you will have access to working at 3 local sites within the PCN. If you are an experienced Clinical Pharmacist who is registered with the GPhC, completed CPPE pathway, a non-medical prescriber and have extensive primary care experience then please get in touch.
