Salary: Up to £80,000 (depending on book size) Location: Chester Working pattern: Hybrid - 1 day in the office What youll be doing Managing and growing your own portfolio of commercial clients Driving new business through your existing relationships and network Working across general commercial lines, with additional opportunity within specialist schemes Accessing warm leads via banking partnerships and internal referral channels Collaborating with in-house underwriting and specialist teams Supported by a structured broking and placement function - so youre not doing it alone What theyre looking for A proven track record as a Commercial Account Executive An existing book of business or strong pipeline ready to bring across Confidence in new business generation and client development Solid experience across general commercial lines Someone who can operate independently and think commercially Why this role?
