This is a newly developed post requiring an experienced and professional leader to join an established team of passionate staff.
Sunshine House provides short break care to children and young people with additional needs. It is essential that the successful candidate is committed to delivering the best possible care, considering each child, young person, and family as unique.
We are seeking someone who can be registered with Ofsted as the Sunshine House Registered Manager. The ideal candidate will have leadership experience in relevant fields such as social care, youth work, health, or education. You will hold a professional qualification and lead the team to meet quality standards and regulations, ensuring Sunshine House remains a welcoming place to visit, stay, and work. A deep understanding of how to meet the emotional, physical, social, and communication needs of children and young people, including those with complex needs, is essential.
