Warehouse Administrator

Menzies Distribution are looking for 2 Warehouse Administrators to join our team in Normanton (WF6 2AE), providing a first class service and support an effective operational process, which ensures accurate integrity of customer / suppliers stock and data input, and also ensures that all operational processes and compliances are adhered to.

The Details:

1. Salary: £26,392
2. Shift: 4on / 4off
3. Hours: 40.5 Per Week
4. Location: Normanton WF6 2AE
5. Paid Monthly
6. Parking Onsite

Key Duties :

7. Maintain a safe working environment which complies with all aspects of the company’s H&S policy
8. Ensure all environmental control measures are in place and effective
9. Ensure the application of the business ‘key standards’ are maintained
10. Liaise with and support effective working relationships with internal and external customers
11. Maintain, review and develop working practices in line with operational procedures
12. Upkeep of WMS
13. Accurate input onto Claws
14. Accurate control and process of Customer Orders
15. Effective documentation control of picking list, goods in and goods out receipts
16. Effectively communicate across the business through the production of reports, KPI information
17. Liaise with management administration and other departments of warehouse personnel
18. Accurate recording
19. Effectively manage the load board
20. Coordinating the use of automated and computerised systems where necessary
21. Assist in managing stock takes daily / weekly/ monthly reporting
22. Adherence to customer stock control procedures
23. Wastage controlling and reporting
24. HACCP awareness
25. BRC Awareness
26. Prepare effective reporting documents for Management
27. Perpetual inventory reporting
28. Control of warehouse administration ensuring all customer process are adhered to
29. Pallet Control reporting

33. Good 'people skills' for working with a range of colleagues and customers
34. The ability to lead and motivate a team
