A respected energy services company within the oil and gas sector is looking to appoint an Office Administrator, supporting their internal Operations Team on a temporary-ongoing basis with an initial 6 month duration. In this role you will be responsible for a diverse range of administrative tasks, including managing records and coordinating medicals and training for offshore personnel, processing invoices and supporting day-to-day office functions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinating and booking medicals, training, and screenings for offshore personnel (e.g. BOSIET/FOET, MIST, drug and alcohol, audiometry, vaccinations).
* Arranging travel, accommodation, and visa requirements for offshore operations.
* Monitoring FCO travel guidance and ensuring compliance with relevant travel advisories.
* Recording and processing personnel timesheets and support timekeeping systems, alongside maintaining accurate training and medicals records for all personnel.
* Providing general administrative support such as greeting visitors and ordering stationery.
* Processing accounts invoices and managing goods receipting using the NAV system.
About You:
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar role/transferrable experience.
* Excellent communicator and interpersonal skills.
* Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities and meeting strict deadlines.
* Team-player who can also use initiative to confidently work independently.
