Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and proactive Digital Marketing Executive to join our small, hands-on marketing team. You’ll manage and grow our digital presence across multiple channels, translating brand values into engaging content and campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion. With a strong sense of initiative and attention to detail, you’ll contribute ideas, collaborate effectively, and support a range of tasks to help move the brand forward in a purpose-led business.


Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with business and brand goals, while staying current with evolving trends, tools, and best practices.
* Manage and optimise campaigns across social media, email, and paid advertising platforms (Meta, Google Ads).
* Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social channels and digital platforms.
* Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers and community comments.
* Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports on engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns, product launches, and events.
* Manage paid advertising budgets and optimise for performance.
* Work with designers and content creators to produce high-quality visuals and videos.
* Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities.


Qualifications

* Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
* Proven experience in digital marketing or a similar role (1–3 years).
* Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and digital marketing strategies.
* Excellent copywriting and verbal communication skills.
* Exceptionally organised and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
* Experience with social media and email marketing tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Mailchimp).
* Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and paid advertising platforms (Meta Business, Google Ads).
* Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
* Content creation – photographic, video and graphics.
* Experience in graphic design, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).

Work Location: In person (hybrid opportunities down the line)
