Your new role
1. Preparation of monthly management accounts
2. Balance Sheet reconciliation and reviews
3. Weekly cash forecasts
4. Preparation of quarterly VAT returns
5. Maintain stock records
6. Prepare and maintain Fixed Asset Registers
7. Process payroll for seasonal staff (payroll training will be given if necessary)
8. Assist with preparation of budgets and forecasting
9. Preparation of year-end accounts
10. Office for National Statistics returns
11. Foreign VAT returns and sales
12. Ad hoc responsibilities – such as some sales and purchase ledger duties
What you'll need to succeed
* Ideally, AAT or part-Qualified CIMA/ ACCA or QBE will
* Experience of production of management accounts (essential)
* Advanced Excel
* Knowledge of Sage 50 accounts and payroll
* VAT knowledge, UK and Foreign
* Import/Export Experience
