Salary: £65,000 - 70,000 per year Requirements:
* Proven experience administering Microsoft 365 in a mid-to-large enterprise environment.
* Strong knowledge of EntraID, Azure, Teams, and Intune.
* Experience with PowerShell scripting and M365 security/compliance tools.
* Familiarity with ITIL practices and service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
* Broad expertise in on-premise and cloud-based infrastructure and security technologies.
* Understanding of cloud governance frameworks, including IAM, encryption, and compliance.
* Broad expertise and knowledge in infrastructure and security technologies.
* Supplier relationship management experience.
* Knowledge of working in a multi-site environment.
* Experience working in ITIL environments (Change, Incident, and Problem Management).
Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain M365 services including Teams, OneDrive, Intune, and Entra ID.
* Provide Tier 3 support for M365-related incidents and service requests.
* Monitor system health, usage, and security compliance.
* Drive adoption of M365 tools and features to enhance collaboration and productivity.
* Support digital transformation initiatives aligned with business goals.
* Manage licenses for the Microsoft platform and services.
* Develop and maintain documentation, user guides, and training materials.
* Ensure compliance with internal security and data governance standards.
* Manage identity and access controls, MFA, and device compliance.
* Contribute to infrastructure projects focused on workplace modernization and security.
* Leverage PowerShell and Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) to automate workflows and administrative tasks.
