Responsibilities:
Creatingand managing schedules meetings interviews and other HRactivities
Reviewing CVs shortlisting candidatesand assisting in the recruitment process
Gathersrequirements from recruiting manager.
Sourcingthrough various portals (Naukri Monster LinkedIn) and selectsapplicants for technical positions withincompany.
Creates suitable Jobdescriptions.
Conducts telephonic interviews withthe selected candidates.
Submitting qualifiedcandidate profiles to the clients and gathered theirfeedback.
Following up with manager and qualifiedcandidates for scheduling interviews.
UtilisesMicrosoft Office tools like word excel and outlook to keep track ofgoals targets and other important requirements and tasks on a dailybasis.
Liasoning with external recruitmentagencies for closing positions ontime.
Requirementsand skills
Provenwork experience as an HR Administrator or relevantrole
Experience with HR software like HRIS orHRMS
Computer literacy (MS Office applications inparticular)
Excellent organizational skills withan ability to prioritize importantprojects.
Strong phone email and inpersoncommunicationskills
WorkLocation: Koratty Infopark Thrissur(WFO)
Work Time:9.00 am to 6.00 pm (5 daysworking)
Workexperience: 2 to 5years
