Main duties of the job
* Participate in clinical pharmacy services including, prescription review, patient counselling, adverse drug reaction reporting and therapeutic drug monitoring and individualisation of patients drug therapy.
* Undertake clinical and technical duties in the dispensary dependant on service requirements.
* Perform assessments and support the rotational pharmacists in gaining their clinical development.
* To assist in planning and implementing clinical pharmacy service developments and other medicines related change.
* Deputise or represent the lead pharmacist at Clinical Governance meetings, or other appropriate clinical meetings or MDT meetings/ward rounds.

Experience
* NHS experience is Essential.
* Recent Clinical Pharmacy/Ward experience.
Qualifications
* Professional Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
* Masters Degree in Pharmacy or UK recognised equivalent.
