People Business Partner!
Location: Manchester - Hybrid 2/3 days in the office

About the Role
We're looking for a proactive and experienced People Business Partner to join our People & Culture team. In this role, you'll work closely with business leaders to deliver a comprehensive HR partnering service that drives performance, engagement, and organisational success. You'll lead on people plans, projects, and initiatives, ensuring alignment with our corporate strategy and values.
What You'll Do
* Partner with leaders to develop and implement functional People Plans.
* Provide expert advice on transformational change and all aspects of the colleague life cycle.
* Manage complex ER casework and guide managers on best practice.
* Review and update people policies in line with legislation and organisational values.
* Support job evaluation, pay benchmarking, and engagement initiatives.
* Deliver HR training interventions and coach managers to build capability.
* Analyse data and insights to inform action plans and improve engagement.
* Lead and support people-related projects across the organisation.
* Champion Equality, Diversity & Inclusion in all HR initiatives.
