The Role:
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT:
* Building, cultivating, and sustaining relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients.
* Acquiring new business through different Business Development strategies, including cold calling.
* Developing social media networks to connect with prospective clients.
* Conducting face to face meetings to acquire new business contracts.
ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT:
* Cultivating robust relationships with every client to fully leverage our market share.
* Delivering unparalleled customer service standards.
* Engaging consistently with customers - devising staffing strategies, advising on the current labour market and resolving operational issues.
RECRUITMENT:
* Engaging in active candidate sourcing through diverse methods.
* Ensuring application management aligns with legal standards.
* Developing and nurturing robust relationships with candidates, delivering a favorable experience during the recruitment journey.
* Identifying and maximizing work opportunities for applicants.
* Utilise social media platforms to promote job openings and engage with potential candidates.
* Leveraging social media to advertise vacancies and interact with prospective candidates.
