About The Job
Games Workshop has an exciting opportunity for two Associate Graphic Designers to join the Studio team to develop skills to support the design and layout for a variety of packaging, books and supporting material for the Warhammer Age of Sigmar and Warhammer 40,000 ranges.
Naturally curious and an open communicator, you will hone your communication skills to understand essential information and assets required to design and layout in line with the design brief. Working closely with peers, you’ll learn to create design solutions by asking questions and seeking feedback. You’ll develop the skills to engage with each stage of the design process as you support other teams across the studio and work collaboratively to provide them with the assets they need.
Resilient and thorough, you will develop the skills to upload designs and successfully handle the approval processes which will include teams around the business. You’ll ensure all work is delivered to deadline and that you have provided high resolution printed proofs for review at each key stage, ensuring any issues are highlighted and resolved. You’ll prepare files for reprographics, printed and archived to agreed standard, ensuring that products match defined product specifications.
Highly organized and driven, you’ll be excited to produce creative, high quality and exciting graphic design solutions across the various aspects of the field, showcasing Warhammer products in a way that is both informative and captivates the imaginations of customers.
To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with Adobe Suite, InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.

* Contract: 2 x 6 month FTC
* Location: full time onsite at UK headquarters in Nottingham
