Summary of Position
Providing Maternity cover until the end of August, as Customer Support Assistant Manager you will play a central role in creating a positive experience for parents and children. Acting as our SENCO, you'll ensure we provide the right support for children with additional needs. You'll also oversee customer bookings and enquiries, support the day-to-day running of the Customer Support Team, and help recruit and lead a small seasonal team.

Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat.
* Act as the SENCO, coordinating support for children with additional needs.
* Support the Customer Support Manager in resolving escalated enquiries and complaints.
* Train, supervise, and quality-check temporary staff during peak holiday seasons.
* Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure smooth operations.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
* Suggest and implement process improvements.
* Assist with projects across operations, product, and marketing as required.
Requirements:
* At least 2 years' experience in a customer service or support role.
* A professional, proactive, and positive team player.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage sensitive issues with empathy.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisation.
* Confident with IT systems and data management.
* Ideally educated to degree level.
* Flexibility to work throughout school holidays at our head office in Farmoor, near Oxford.
