Works with an established food business in North Yorkshire that manufactures premium products for top-tier retailers. In this Technical Manager position you will lead the Technical and Quality teams and be responsible for driving food quality, food safety, and integrity standards within the factory. You will also lead the Technical Services team responsible for updating and maintaining the QMS, conducting audits, and ensuring any corrective actions are implemented.
As the ideal candidate, you will have experience leading and developing a QA team within a high-care food manufacturing environment, knowledge and experience of HACCP, BRC, and retailer standards, coupled with a drive to deliver the highest standards of food quality, safety, and integrity.
