Mental Health Recovery Support Worker
Location: Garston, South Liverpool
Hours: Full-time – 36 hours/week
Shift Pattern: 08.00am – 20.00pm between Monday – Sunday (applicants must be able to work 12 hour shifts)

About the Role
You’ll support individuals transitioning from institutional care to independent living in the community. Every person is unique, and we tailor our support to meet their specific needs.
You will support individuals to live independently while supporting with:
* Medication and health monitoring
* Financial and dietary needs
* Domestic tasks and personal care (if required)
* Emotional wellbeing and social engagement

About You
* Experience in mental health support is helpful but not essential
* Willingness to learn and grow
* Strong communication and IT skills
* NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care is a bonus – we’ll help you get it if not
