Partnering with the Learning & Development Manager to deliver Amtico’s Operations people development plan and employee support strategy. The role leads key elements of delivery, represents the operational voice of L&D and sustainability, and embeds continuous development and Amtico culture across the employee lifecycle. Acts as a catalyst for positive change, driving initiatives across learning, culture, diversity and inclusion, and evolving working practices, while contributing to the delivery of Amtico’s Sustainability strategy and net zero roadmap.
