Broking Manager – Glasgow
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 (DOE)
We’re partnering with a dynamic and growing brokerage in Glasgow that’s looking for an experienced Broking Manager to lead their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to inspire, mentor, and be the go-to expert for all things insurance.
What you’ll do:
* Lead and motivate a high-performing broking team.
* Act as the key point of knowledge and technical expertise internally.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and strategic partners.
* Ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.

* Proven experience in commercial insurance broking.
* A strong track record of team leadership and development.
* In-depth knowledge of the Scottish insurance market.
* Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Previous client-facing experience.
