We’re supporting a highly respected, Oxfordshire-based charity to appoint a Part Time Finance Director - a pivotal leadership position at the heart of a much-loved organisation providing compassionate end-of-life care. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you’ll be the strategic lead on all things finance, working closely with the CEO, Board, and wider team to ensure the charity’s long-term financial health and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities of the Part-Time Finance Director include:
1. Lead all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, payroll, ledgers, and tax compliance.
2. Oversee financial controls and systems, ensuring robust internal procedures across supplier payments, cashflow, investment management, and audits.
3. Provide strategic financial advice to the CEO, SLT, and Trustees, communicating complex financial information clearly across all levels.
