About the Role
An international organisation is seeking to hire a Loyalty & Partnerships Manager to lead the development and execution of its customer loyalty strategy. This role will manage the organisation’s loyalty programme, driving member acquisition, campaign performance and strategic partnerships to enhance customer experience and commercial outcomes.
You’ll be responsible for creating compelling content and campaigns, managing relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners and ensuring the loyalty programme delivers measurable value across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
Loyalty Campaign Strategy & Planning
* Support the development and execution of loyalty programme strategy.
* Manage campaign calendars, creative briefs and content development.
* Lead partnership initiatives to grow and engage the member base.
* Maintain reporting frameworks to measure campaign performance.
* Ensure GDPR compliance and best practice in all communications.
Product & Service Ownership
* Oversee lifecycle and trigger-led campaigns.
* Act as the point of contact for loyalty content across internal teams and external partners.
Budget Accountability
* Ensure campaigns meet budget and ROI targets.
Subject Matter Expertise
* Share insights on emerging loyalty innovations with internal and external stakeholders.
Stakeholder Management
* Collaborate with commercial teams to integrate loyalty into broader propositions.
* Manage partnerships and ensure contractual compliance and performance.
* Coordinate with data and creative agencies to deliver campaigns effectively.
* Support retailers with system integration, issue resolution and training.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience managing or working within a loyalty programme.
* Background in CRM, direct marketing or similar fields.
* Experience writing briefs and managing agency relationships.
* Strong understanding of data protection legislation.
* Analytical mindset with experience in data insights.
* Familiarity with CRM and loyalty technology platforms.
* Experience in travel, hospitality, retail, or loyalty sectors is highly desirable.
