Pertemps is currently recruiting for a Branch/Store Manager for our client who is a lead supplier of self- storage solutions.
Salary: £35,350
Role Overview:
As the Store Manager, you will be instrumental in achieving growth, maximum profitability, and maintaining a safe working environment for both staff and customers. Your responsibilities will include marketing and selling self-storage solutions, ensuring compliance with health and safety policies, and managing the overall efficiency of the store.
Main Duties:
1. Develop and implement a Marketing Plan to achieve financial targets.
2. Effectively manage and record all enquiries using CMS.
3. Monitor and improve conversion rates and mystery shop scores through observation and coaching.
4. Stay informed about local market conditions through competitor surveys and customer feedback.
5. Ensure accurate and timely reporting following company procedures.
6. Conduct quarterly Personal Development Plans (PDPs) and annual appraisals.
7. Coach and support team members to achieve their highest potential.
8. Ensure fair and approved rotas that align with store needs.
9. Maintain company standards of housekeeping for a professional image.
10. Accurately account for all monetary transactions.
