At Hidden Hearing, the Clinic Coordinator (known internally as Branch Coordinator) provides exceptional customer service and a welcoming environment for all patients at our hearing centres. We are seeking a part-time Clinic Coordinator at our Bedford Hearing Centre, working Thursdays and Fridays from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. The salary for this role is £15,300, with opportunities to earn a quarterly bonus.
Responsibilities
* Diary Management: Effectively manage appointment scheduling, confirm appointments, and coordinate with colleagues for efficient diary management.
* Support hearing care professionals in delivering outstanding customer care to patients in hearing centres, during day clinics, and at home visits.
* Administration: Maintain customer records, ensure GDPR compliance, and handle reporting tasks, including stock records.
* Sales: Actively promote the Wellness program, accessories, and care plans through positive customer engagement.
* Customer Care: Deliver premium service by engaging warmly with customers, answering calls promptly, and building strong relationships.
* Branch Presentation: Maintain cleanliness and display literature appropriately to uphold brand standards.
