We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic, patient-centred Senior System Specialist to join our Application Services team, with a focus on implementing a new Electronic Document Management System.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will develop and maintain excellent working relationships within the Digital Services Department, working closely with our Digital Transformation Department to support the delivery of the Digital Strategy. Regular communication with staff across Lincolnshire NHS organizations and external suppliers will be essential.

Person Specification
Qualifications (Essential)
* Degree or equivalent in a computing-related field
* Evidence of ongoing personal, technical, and management development
* ITIL Foundation Qualification or equivalent experience in IT service management
Qualifications (Desirable)
* Leadership and management qualifications or experience managing teams
* Project Management Qualification (e.g., Prince 2 Foundation)
* Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP)
* ITIL Expert or Capability Level
* Healthcare leadership qualification
Previous Experience (Essential)
* Managing large-scale enterprise applications and critical systems
