Are you a hands-on Site Manager or M&E Supervisor with a mechanical background and a passion for delivering complex building services?
I’m recruiting on behalf of a well-established and forward-thinking regional contractor that’s taking on one of Bristol’s most exciting new data centre projects. They’re now looking to bring in a Mechanically Biased Site Manager / Supervisor to support the MEP delivery on this flagship scheme.

The Role
As Site Manager / Supervisor (Mechanical bias), you’ll support the safe and efficient delivery of the mechanical and MEP packages on a highly technical data centre project.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Overseeing mechanical installation and coordination on-site
* Managing specialist subcontractors and supervising day-to-day activities
* Monitoring quality, health & safety, and compliance
* Supporting commissioning, inspections, and handover stages
* Working closely with the Project Manager and MEP team to maintain programme and standards
This is a hands-on site role with real influence over the success and performance of the project.
Ideal Candidate Profile
* Strong mechanical background within M&E, building services, or data centre environments
* Experience as a Site Manager, Supervisor, or MEP Lead
* Confident coordinating subcontractors on complex mechanical systems
* Excellent communication, organisation, and safety management skills
* Based in or commutable to Bristol / South West
