Looking to make a big impact at a global firm? We’re seeking bright, motivated individuals to join our Billing team as a Billing Assistant. Based in Birmingham, this fast-paced and collaborative role emphasizes client service and team success. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring clients receive excellent service by maintaining smooth billing processes. Key Responsibilities:
* Provide guidance to employees on billing processes and procedures
* Build strong relationships with the finance team to ensure best practices
* Handle client and internal queries regarding invoices and billing issues
* Review billing matters for compliance with policies and regulations
* Deliver training and support to legal teams, identifying knowledge gaps
* Support financial housekeeping and contribute to ad-hoc projects
* Collaborate with the dormant balance team to reduce client costs
* Work closely with the finance team to ensure efficient billing operations
* Respond promptly and professionally to correspondence and queries
* Process invoices accurately and efficiently
Skills and Experience Required:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook
* Experience in finance administration (preferred)
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Adaptability and eagerness to learn
* General administration experience (preferred)
