About the Role
We’re looking for talented graduates with big ambitions to become future leaders at ABP, the UK’s biggest port operator. With a starting salary of £32,455 and a rotational scheme covering several different placements, the two‑year Graduate Training Scheme gives you a 360‑degree view of our organisation, providing you with the skills and experience you need to launch a successful Port Management career.
ABP contributes a massive £7.5 billion to the UK economy, handles 85 million tonnes of cargo every year, and manages 21 ports across the country. The scheme challenges you early on, providing real responsibility working closely with Port Managers and senior leaders on big projects across Operations, Commercial, Port Management, and Health, Safety & Environments.

* Work across various departments to gain critical experience.
* Lead projects and collaborate with senior leaders.
* Apply learning in real operational contexts.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Graduate with 2:1 or above.
* Positive attitude, strong teamwork and communication skills.
* Willingness to travel or relocate across the UK.
* Drive to make a real difference.
