Lead and inspire site managers and field teams (3–20 people). Track and manage budgets, P&L, and supplier negotiations. Ensure health & safety excellence on every site. Write RAMS and keep compliance spot-on. Plan resources, plant, equipment, and materials effectively. Maintain strong, professional relationships with clients, you’ll be their go-to person. Spot opportunities for growth and contribute to business development. What you'll bring: 3 years’ experience in construction project delivery, ideally including landscaping. Black or Gold CSCS NVQ, SMSTS, SSSTS, First Aid, Pro-Qual Level 4. Strong knowledge of hard and/or soft landscaping practices. Proven ability to manage budgets and hit KPIs. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and organisational skills. Full UK driving licence.
