We provide an industry‑leading remuneration package, including a£35,000 basic salary, OTE of £50,000, company car, and a wide range of employee benefits.
About the Role
As our Business Manager, you’ll play a key part in supporting both colleagues and customers. Your responsibilities will include:
* Presenting finance and insurance options to customers after they have been introduced by the sales team
* Communicating financial and insurance information in a clear, accurate and compliant way
* Supporting daily sales activities and contributing to overall performance goals
* Engaging in first and second‑facing customer conversations
* Working collaboratively with colleagues to offer new and used vehicles, alongside additional products such as finance packages, warranty, paint protection, and insurance
* Consistently delivering a thoughtful, inclusive, and customer‑focused experience
What You’ll Need
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
* Previous experience in a business or sales management role
* An understanding of financial and insurance product regulations
* A genuine passion for customer service, problem‑solving, and continuous improvement
* Experience building positive relationships and navigating confident, constructive conversations
* Hold a full and valid UK driving licence
