Following position available:
1 x Patient Services Team Member – 24 hours per week
Schedule: Monday 8‑6, Wednesday 8‑6, Friday 1.15‑6.15. Must be able to travel and work between Strensall, Stamford Bridge, Huntington and Dunnington sites.
JOB PURPOSE:
To participate in the administrative function necessary to provide excellent medical care for patients and to contribute to the Practice goal of delivering the best customer service to our patients. To work in a team in co‑operation with existing staff and management to gain an insight into practice policies and procedures. To maintain accurate records on the practice’s clinical system within the remit of your role. The highest levels of confidentiality must always be maintained.

Skills
Proficient in office administration with strong organisational abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on customer service. Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Previous experience in a similar administrative role is advantageous but not essential.
