Events & Office Assistant
Lincoln County Assembly Rooms
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an Events & Office Assistant. This is a varied role that combines office-based responsibilities with hands-on event support, offering the opportunity to be involved in all aspects of our busy venue's operations.
You will work closely with our office team to assist with sales, event coordination, and administration, while also playing an active role in supporting live events on the ground. Every day is different, and while the work is highly rewarding and enjoyable, it does require someone who thrives under pressure, can adapt to changing priorities, and is comfortable working to tight deadlines.
As an events venue, our hours are naturally varied, with many events finishing late at night, so flexibility and stamina are essential. This role can be physically demanding at times, involving moving furniture and being on your feet for extended periods. We're looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong initiative, and the ability to problem-solve both independently and as part of a team. And, since some of our staff and guests occasionally bring their dogs along, a fondness for four-legged friends is a bonus
