Job Responsibilities
Lead and manage Children's Services, ensuring compliance with legislative frameworks.
Drive and implement change management initiatives.
Facilitate partnership working both internally and externally.
Oversee performance management across various settings.
Manage and allocate budgets effectively.
Engage in strategic level planning and people management to deliver high-quality children's services.
Person Specifications
Must Have
Detailed knowledge of Children's Services and the legislative framework.
Experience in change management.
Proven ability in partnership working with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong performance management skills in diverse settings.
Significant experience in managing budgets.
Substantial experience in the management and delivery of children's services, strategic planning, and people management.
Nice to Have
Additional qualifications or certifications in social work or related fields.
Experience working within a local council or similar governmental body.
