We're hiring for a Marketplace Manager to take ownership of the Amazon channel at one of Europe's fastest-growing marketplace-led consumer businesses. You'll shape strategy, manage commercial performance, and play a central role in growing a multi-brand portfolio that competes with the likes of Levoit, Dreo, and Meaco.

You'll be joining a team of marketplace specialists with over 100 years' collective Amazon experience — and the opportunity to lead from the front.

What you'll be doing

* Own and manage the Amazon channel strategy across multiple international markets
* Take full P&L responsibility for a high-performing product portfolio
* Lead trading activity — pricing, promotions, campaigns, launches
* Run PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display) and optimise performance
* Coordinate with supply chain on stock availability and inventory flow
* Work with in-house creatives to enhance listings and A+ content
* Drive competitor analysis and category-level insight
* Manage Prime Day, Black Friday, and key seasonal events
* Contribute to new market expansion (including UAE)
* Mentor junior execs and collaborate closely with CRO and CEO

What we're looking for

* 5+ years working hands-on with Amazon, ideally brand-side
* Experience managing a portfolio and owning a sizeable P&L (£2m minimum)
* Strong commercial acumen — confident making decisions that impact revenue
* Skilled in Amazon PPC with proven track record of profitable campaign management
* Advanced Excel user — comfortable working with large datasets
* Proactive, solutions-focused and comfortable in fast-moving environments
* Clear communicator — capable of engaging with senior stakeholders
* Bonus: exposure to other marketplaces (eBay, Walmart), or international expansion
