Our client is looking for a proactive Project Coordinator to join their team and play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of the business, supporting at Director level. This is a varied and fast-paced position, touching everything from performance analysis and recruitment compliance to event planning and health & safety oversight. What you’ll be doing: * Performance Monitoring & Reporting – Analyse key metrics, spot trends, and provide actionable insights. * Recruitment & Compliance – Ensure staff paperwork and records are complete, accurate, and up to date. * Admin & Event Support – Organise quarterly meetings/events, manage diaries, book travel and accommodation, and prepare presentations. * Training & Systems Support – Help roll out training and provide Salesforce guidance. * Health & Safety – Monitor compliance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
